About Karen
Being part of a multicultural family representing Cameroon, France, Switzerland and Germany, having lived in 5 countries, travelled and worked in 6 continents and some personal excluding experiences, I decided to take my private take on EDI into a career transition.
To make the world a kinder, more inclusive place for all, my main “WHY” being my 2 biracial boys, who deserve to have the same opportunities and grow up in a more equal world.
I am a Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) Certified Facilitator, combined with expert knowledge in combination of the latest research and developments around cultural intelligence (CQ), my unique personal experience within EDI, and over 15 years in Marketing and Communications, within projects such as the FIFA World Cup™, the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ as well as the Luxury Industry through various multicultural events globally and the collaboration between the markets internationally.
My aim is to guide and support executives, companies and organisations to promote opportunities, innovation and actual inclusion within and outside of the workplace. Helping their employees reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment of trust and respect.
